I am writing to introduce myself and our student information system – Campus Café. We are in the final stages of implementation at Concord Academy, here in Mass, and went through a selection process that included Senior Systems, PCR, Blackbaud, Brewer,
and Webeim.
In the end, the fact that Campus Café uses a single database for Admissions, Registrar, Business Office and Development allowed us to deliver functionality that could not easily be met by competitive technologies. From the time a family inquires to your
school you will be able to provide online self-service tools that other schools in your market can't match. As an example, Concord now manages all parent permission forms online in the self-service portal. Before Campus Café this required almost a full
time head to administrate.
There are countless examples of how a truly integrated system (one database) can make a school more efficient and competitive. We would love to be considered by Lausanne and would be happy to arrange for product demonstrations or calls with the folks at
Concord.
