Subject: Teacher Intern Programs
We are working to establish a teacher internship program for teachers
who have a passion for our mission, but may lack the training or
experience they need for them to lead a classroom independently. Do any
of you know of good, models for such programs? I am working on
establishing the structure for selection, placement, supervision,
training, and evaluation for the teacher interns, and would very much
like input from folks who have experience with such programs. Thanks!
