I use it for inventory, not helpdesk. I installed it on a desktop =
computer we had sitting around. it uses a lot of resources when it is =
doing scans so i took it off the server. all you have to do is download =
the .exe file and run it. Spiceworks has pretty good forums if you need =
help setting it up.
