Re: Printer software

In many ways I agree with Norman.=20

Electronic submission is how we were able to go from 60 printers to 5
student printers for 900 users. We had to enhance the print routing so
a student could retrieve their document from any of the 5 printers they
have access to.

When they login on the MFP control panel (with student id) they are
presented with a list of their documents and they select the one they
want printed. Students are limited to 20 pages per print or copy job.

There is no way we need to do any printing in this age of iPhones =20
