might be better.
For quick, ad-hoc web forms whose results you want to be able to
download and tabulate, I recommend Zoho creator (creator.zoho.com). It
lets you create embeddable web forms so you can just drop the forms
into your own website with very little work. It's similar to google
forms, but I find it's a bit more powerful. If you don't mind very
subtle zoho branding, their free plan would probably suit this purpose.
