something like:
By sending your student to --- School, you agree that their picture, =
voice, likeness, name can be used on the school website, in school =
publications including marketing material, ...
We no longer allowed opting out as it was too hard to keep track of who =
we could and couldn't post. We also including marketing materials =
because we had a bunch of parents say okay to everything except =
marketing, so we said they had no choice.
Basic rules we put out to our teachers:
No last names
No first names used along with their picture (in other words, we don't =
want a picture of Joe and his name there to ID it.)
We do not put out rules for parents. I am sure we will if there is ever =
an issue.
