Re: tool for creating comics

We have just purchased comic life for our PC labs and the kids love it. Wi=
th 6th grade, I was able to use it for a unit on citing sources of images a=
nd for being creative in learning how to search effectively.. In the lower =
grades, we have the folder of images already created for the students.=20
Our only problem with Comic Life is that all the work needs to be done is s=
chool as most of our students have a PC at home as well and therefore do n=
ot have the product.

When I was at an Apple 1-1, we thrived on it. Comic Life is a great tool. =
I considered it for our PC 1-1 when a PC version was released, but it wasn=
't in the budget. There are a number of tools available online that do sim=
ilar things, but Comic Life is a slick tool. I highly recommend it, especi=
ally for Macs!
