I'm wondering if there is some input for a question that comes from my =
Head of School:
"... I had the opportunity to speak to the Tech. Ed. teacher at another =
school....she indicated that their school had purchased "mini" laptops =
for their younger grades and found that when these kids transitioned to =
standard keyboards they had some issues with dexterity / motor =
skills....basically she advised against it. =20
Can you reach out to your network to see if this is a common problem? I =
would like to get some input from other sources."
Does anyone care to chime in? Would love to hear what you have =
experienced, what your thoughts are! We are thinking about buying the =
small PCs for grades 1 and 2 but would like some input first on other =
experience with them, specifically the keyboard transition. =20
