each class of parents. Occasionally some parent will "reply all" to
promote a garage sale, Avon/Mary Kay, etc. which of course offends
others. I am working on teaching my staff to use BCC when they send to
a parent distribution list, but in the meantime we would like to add a
policy to our parent handbook that states what the email list can and
cannot be used for.
