I am looking for information on what you all use to track applications and =
resume's for new hires. In other words, an Applicant Tracking System for HR=
. We currently just post a job on our website and the applicant sends their=
resume to an email address. This is a time consuming process for our HP pe=
rson and hiring managers.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.
