When our parents do online registration, there is a statement that they hav=

We never use first names to identify students on a website. First names ar=
e only used for work posted without their picture.

We are wondering how you handle this at your schools, most expressly if you=
have the parents sign off on any kinds of forms , permissions, etc.
In addition, does the teacher have free reign s to what can be put on the w=
iki or has your school developed a set of guidelines for faculty in this re=
gard?
