China summer service learning opportunities

George School still has openings for educators and/or students for our 2010
Global Service Program China trip.

The Global Service Program includes:

The Faculty Institute for Service Learning: a three day program of
workshops that trains future service-project leaders from secondary school
so that they have the skills required to create and lead their own
international service learning trips. The cost of this program is $950.00

The Faculty Institute and International Service Learning Experience: the
same workshop as described above followed by a service learning experience
in China that is shared with student participants from the Student
Institute. The all-inclusive cost of this program is $3,500 for China (this
includes airfare!).

The Student Institute and International Service Learning Experience: a three
day program of workshops at George School which focuses on team-building,
why we do service, and country specific information. The workshops will be
followed by a service learning experience in China that is shared with adult
participants from the Faculty Institute. The all-inclusive cost of this
program is $3,500 for China (this includes airfare!)

All programs will start at George School on Monday, June 21, 2010. The
China group will return around July 16th.
