happening - and you don't know) that your students AND staff are bypassing your school
infastructure altogether by using edge/3G networks for access - to do IM'ing, Facebook, external
email, photo/video sending etc.
There isn't a technology solution out there that will stop people from colloborating and
communicating on bathroom stalls....to using their iPods. You have to have a culture where users
will choose to use their device and or marker in appropriate spaces and places (and times).
