At least at the time, their software was not very intuitive and not easy to
use. I got the impression (and was told from Blackbaud users) that they try
to make you fit into their box, instead of adjusting their software to fit
into your box. I also didn't like how there were all the different modules,
it seemed like every time I asked about a feature, I was told it could be
added as a module.
With PowerSchool we got ease of use, it fits to our needs, and no extra
modules to keep adding on.
