with 5th graders to do a "computer class." I will see a group of students
(16) for one class session roughly once a month. Any suggestions on what I
should do? The class will be completely stand alone - meaning no followup in
any other academic class. I'm also concerned about how much they'll
remember, so I'm thinking that I'd like to do topics that don't necessarily
build on each other. I WOULD like to do activities that would spark some
interest & that some (or even many) students would WANT to continue after
the class was over. I've got about 6 45 minute periods to fill up over the
course of this academic year. What would you teach?
