teachers becoming students for a day

Have any of your schools asked that teachers become a student for a day? They would be a 7th grade kid, sit in classes, go to lunch, recess, etc. Just curious. Our school is considering requiring this for each teacher and wondering if any of you have
suggestions, do's, don'ts, etc.... Thanks!
