faculty more say/feedback in administration review. Our faculty receive a
review/evaluation annually, and department chairs every 2-3 years.
Administrators really are only evaluated by their "direct report" or the
Head of School, with little faculty feedback. We'd like to include faculty
feedback more. Does anyone have sample evaluation forms that teachers fill
out about administrators-- namely, Division Heads, Deans of Studies...
positions that have a more daily impact on the teachers' jobs.
I'd appreciate any help! Thanks!
