Re: Eboard and HW Posts online

1, We do have the capability of posting homework online. Most teachers, =
though, only post long term assignments along with any documents =
necessary for that assignment. So, I guess, you could say we use it more =
like a calendar.
=20
2. We use PCR Educator
=20
3. We had many discussions about whether this was letting the kids off =
the responsibility hook and about the commitment it would take. We =
decided that in the current technology driven world, it is reasonable to =
use the available means to get the work done. I guess we also decided, =
perhaps by omission, to not commit to an every day posting of homework. =
That these reminders and additional copies of the work would be =
primarily for the longer term projects where memory and materials are =
more easily lost.

hope this helps,

Subject: Eboard and HW Posts online

Greetings...
=20
Could members of the list give me a sense of the following:
=20
1) Do you post HW online for students/parents to access remotely?
=20
2) If yes, do you use ebaord or some other tool?
=20
3) What are your thoughts on the pros/cons of the tool?
=20
To clarify, I am only seeking feedback on HW online and NOT on =
gradebooks online
=20
Many thanks...and best wishes for a great end to your school year!
