As our school grows and programs expand we are finding that it becomes
more and more difficult to schedule routine, yearly building maintenance.
In the past we have been able to set aside one or two weeks for floor
cleaning and polishing and other maintenance, but as we offer more
professional training, summer school, tutoring, admission events, etc., we
are having trouble finding the time to fit everything in.
How do others of you (with one building) handle this? Any ideas would be
appreciated.
