Economics in classroom at North Country School

At our school our economics program is pretty fundamental. All our students
do workjobs before breakfast, (mucking horses, shoveling snow, managing our
compost). We harvest our own chickens and turkeys and grow a significant
amount of our food. Everyone participates.
While not a formal "economics' program, we feel the students learn important
lessons about the fundamentals which drive economics.
