Be careful on this. If you received an email stating someone was trying to
buy the domain and they want to offer it to you first, it is probably bogus.
I used to get these all the time. They are banking on you trying to
defensively buy the domain to protect against squatters. Also, when I
researched the organization contacting me, it was unclear they were even a
registrar.
