Many many years ago there was an ICT Proficiency certificate(ITCC) run by a
UK Group called ICAA and they clearly identified their assessment criteria
... (no longer offered afaik)
I did put them online for projection ... and they are still there (here) at

Go to http://www.shambles.net/csmith_ITinset/
and choose "CS12:Old ICAA ITCC" from the drop down menu .... and then which
ICT skills area you want.

WOW ... this is like a trip down memory lane ... I haven't looked at this
part of the Shambles website for a zillion years ... from a previous
lifetime(job) in Hong Kong
