Have you looked at migrating to Exchange 2010 on the Live@EDU platform? Fi=
ltering is included as part of this free offering. Migration tools are ava=
ilable for Active Directory user migration/sync and mailbox migration.
BTW (not on topic) - Which Exchange version are you planning to migrate to/=
from on-site? =20
