free webinars: social studies; language arts & Moodle

There are two free live webinars this week of special interest to
social studies and language arts educators, Moodle users, and
educational technology specialists:

4:00 EST for a free, live webinar hosted by the NCSS Community Network

computers for 10 years and was recognized as Teacher of the Year in
2006 by the Pennsylvania Council for the Social Studies. Currently an
adjunct professor at Wilkes University in Instructional Media. Jen
will present on Discovery Education's online social studies resources.
