2-day Workshop for Educators in Nashville, TN
Dates - Friday, March 5 and Saturday, March 6, 2010
Location - Harpeth Hall School (Friday) and University School of Nashville
(Saturday)

Workshop Description - This two-day workshop will bring together educators
from across the USA to address the issue of engaging religious diversity in
your classroom and in your school. Substantive dialogue, interactive games,
and tools for reflection and inquiry will enhance understanding of religious
pluralism, build skills to address the topic, and give tools to use in your
classroom.


About GYLI, Harpeth Hall, and USN - This workshop is offered to you by
Global Youth Leadership Institute (GYLI), a non-profit organization
dedicated to supporting students and teachers in building leadership and
pluralism in their schools. The event is hosted by University School of
Nashville, a co-ed independent school, and Harpeth Hall, an all girls
independent school, each of which will provide a unique setting for the
workshop.

Eligibility - The workshop is open to all educators at primary, middle, and
high school levels, as well as individuals working in higher education or
non-profit organizations working in an interfaith capacity.

Cost - The cost of this two-day workshop is $300 per person. If your school
brings 3 or more participants, the cost will be $200 per person.
