Help with Adobe InDesign

I'm hoping someone out there might be able to help us. In the past, we
have created our summer catalog using Adobe InDesign. We only have two
licenses due to cost. Schedules are such that we really need to get
another user involved in creating the catalog, but need some options for
the software.

We can get the "layout" created InDesign, but are looking for ways to
add text without having the software installed (ie, type on the InDesign
file using Office, etc.). Any suggestions? =20

Alternatively, is there a cheaper version of InDesign? I believe we
have the whole suite, which may be why the cost was so extravagant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
