supervision of academic and co-curricular programs, leadership for the Lowe=

School Team Coordinators, and collaboration with other divisions of the
School. Other essential qualities for candidates: a deep appreciation for
lower school students and for Waynflete=92s particular mission, a strong
developmental understanding of children, a commitment to diversity, and a
willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
