We call this position Computer Support Specialist, and the person in
this position is responsible for supporting all of our desktop and laptop
computers, as well as related equipment, such as Smart Boards, printers,
etc.
We also have a Systems Administrator. The person in this position supports
all the servers and the network, as well as assists the Computer Support
Specialist.

We have K-8 Computer Coordinator and a Technology Training Coordinator,
both positions being filled by the same person. This person has a 1/3
teaching position and the rest of the time works with faculty and students
integrating and supporting tech use, mostly in grades 7-12, where we have
a 1:1 initiative, but also grades 5-6. The person in this position is a
member of the Computer Department.

Our equivalent position is the Director of Information Technology. The
person in this role guides our overall approach to the use of technology
(the ideas and philosophy component), oversees the implementation of
technology school-wide, manages two tech folks (positions noted above), is
Head of the Computer Department (which has four faculty including the
department head) and in this role teaches AP Comp Sci and Java.
