Got a board member who does 95% of email on a Blackberry phone. Some of
our "all school" informational emails with attachments have "crashed"
and "clogged" her phone. The most recent one was an email with a 516K
attachment, but the user says the email was 10MB. The user also tried
to forward it to us and ask us to reduce the attachment size, and of
course it didn't come through because it was too big.

Can anyone help me figure out which might be happening in the process
that would increase the email size?
