Re: a question about the registrar job and the Director of Technology

We have a "registrar" that works for the College Office- she does all the c=
ollege paperwork and mailings- no student scheduling at all
Our IT director over the Pre-1st - 12th grades reports directly to our Head=
master of both schools.

Hi all- I am doing a bit of research about the role/job that the registrar =
plays at your school.

What is included in the job? (If you have a job description that would be =
great)
Does this person do the scheduling of students into classes?
Does this person do registrar-like duties full time, or does he/she have ad=
ditional duties?

As for the IT director (Director of Technology), to whom does he/she answer=
in your administration?

Thanks
