Re: $40,000 for locating 10 Red Balloons

Thanks so much for joining! May you inspire others. :-)

I checked the rules and didn't see anything about the contest being limited
to individuals. The opening paragraph in the rules section of the contest
reads:

*To mark the 40th Anniversary of the Internet, DARPA is hosting the DARPA
Network Challenge, a competition that will explore the role the Internet and
social networking plays in the timely communication, wide area team-building
and urgent mobilization required to solve broad scope, time-critical
problems.*

This could be a fun and interesting.
