Re: $40,000 for locating 10 Red Balloons

I registered as "Village School." I'd be happy to change the name to "TEAM =
ISED" and have the group collaborate! Of course, I'm just as happy to let F=
red be the team leader and coordinate this effort.

Here is what I found on the DARPA website - it looks like Fred
could register and we could be his team ;)

Yes. Individuals are free to participate as teams or other organizations
without limitation. Each team needs to select one individual as the officia=

entrant to enter the results and cash the prize check.
