=0AHello list=0A=0AI have 2 printer issues that I can't resolve.=0A=0A- For=
our Mac workstations: if a print job does not succeed it remains in the qu=
eue on the computer. The queue for a printer builds up and the printer paus=
es. To clear the queue, an admin password is required. I would love to have=
a way to flush the queues on logout. I cannot find a simple solution.=0A=
=0AThe bigger issue is what is holding up the print jobs. All printers have=
a static ip address.=0A=0A- We have a HP Photosmart B9180 that gives an er=
ror message that the printheads are not properly installed(at the computer)=
. I have manually cleaned the printheads and run the alignment and cleanin=
g functions. The diagnostic pages look great as well as the test print. Why=
the error ?=A0 The printer is off warranty.=0A=0AI would appreciate any id=
eas and/or resources to help me resolve these issues. Perhaps all my printi=
ng luck was spent on successfully taking a HP 2600n apart and cleaning it a=
fter the red cartridge=A0 leak everywhere causing a red hue on every print.=
