FacultyAccess gradebook. While teachers have to post final grades and
comments using the FA gradebook, we don't require that they use the FA
gradebook to manage their day-to-day
grades.
FacultyAccess allows for online review of grades either centrally
(e.g. by department chairs, dean, etc.) or peer-to-peer. At Peddie
dept chairs are responsible for reviewing grades and we leave it up to
individual dept chairs to decide whether they want to use the online
Faculty Access tools to review grade reports or go old school and
require teachers to give them hard copies of their reports.
If you would like to see screen shots, we created a KB that is not
password protected which explains the process and has a number of
screen shots.
