Re: Google Apps for Education - pro/con?

We switched to Google Apps for Education from FirstClass over the summer
(our new student database provider made the switch). The only significant
problem that we've had has been with filtering of e-mail. Apparently, Google
is blocking e-mails that have certain innapropriate words. Unfortunately,
one of our board members first name is Richard and uses the diminutive
version of his name. Our development associate wasn't able to send him
e-mail. Fortunately, through our database provider, we were able to get this
worked out.
