Re: Anyone Using Gmail?

That looks like the terms of service for Google's consumer services, not the
terms of service for the Education Edition, or for Apps at all. They look
similar, and do cover some of the same ground, but the terms are different.
The provision you reference does not exist in the Education Edition terms.
