there is some new hope. The "Bluefield" social media tools are now available
for FC admins to experiment with.
FirstClass admins, you can experiment with the new social media tools by
logging in to your FC Online accounts and clicking on the "Social Media
Enhancement Suggestions" button.
I've played around with the tools a bit and they have a Google Waveish feel
to them. A little confusing at first, but perhaps quite powerful once you
get the hang of how they work.
The FC developers are actively monitoring/participating in the discussions
so it is a good opportunity to provide them with feedback about what you do
and don't like.
