1) We have essentially 2 IT/Network specialists, one of whom teaches our
only Computer Science class, AP Comp Sci, to upperclassman.
2) We have 1 Mac specialist/lab manager
3) We have a Director of Technology who is also a teacher of other
subjects at school
4) We have a Director of Special Projects who, among other things, is in
charge of the network infrastructure for the most part, wiring, etc., in
conjunction with the IT/Network specialists. He also handles major
hardware purchases, like SmartBoards, projectors, etc.
5) I am the only Academic Tech person, in charge of tech integration
throughout the K-12 curriculum. I teach students, plus train faculty and
staff.
