Re: Strategic Planning - Technology

1. No, combination of responsibilities for both members of department
2. Director of Technology - serves on Administrative Team and works with
budget and vision issues as well as teach, repair, train, hold hands.
Technology Integration and support Specialist - " teach, repair, train,
hold hands" with more teaching than the Director.
3. No 1-1 but you may want to check the ISED-L archives for some info on
the rest of your questions.

Hope this helps,

sherry

Subject: Strategic Planning - Technology

I need to gather some information for strategic planning. Please answer
the
following:

1. Are your technology positions separated into instructional and
technical
or are the positions combined?

2. What are the titles and general duties of your technology dept., both
instructional and technical?

3. Does your school have a 1-to-1 program?

4. At which grade level does your 1-to-1 begin?

5. Do you have special staffing to meet the needs of your 1-to-1
program.
If yes, please explain.

Thanks for your time,
Melissa Lofton
