Open Source Web Filtering

Happy Spring, Everyone! This summer, we plan to move to a new Web content
filter. We currently use Symantec and are thinking of moving to a barracuda
web filter.
However, in this month's T.H.E. Journal, there is an article about a Free
DNS service provider, Open DNS and their new education-targeted web
filtering solution. Does anyone use this? What are your thoughts about it?
Thanks for your time.
