co-educational, K-12 independent school enrolling 920 students. The
school is currently fundraising for a fine arts center and theater as
well as the school's endowment. The Major Gift Officer reports to the
Director of Development and is part of a five-member advancement team.=20

A successful candidate for the position will have at least a bachelor's
degree, a minimum of three to five years development experience with
major capital gifts, experience in planned giving, excellent
organizational and communication skills and experience in both donor
identification and cultivation. Compensation for this full-time position
