that the scans go into to have access by everyone. I tried setting up =
users, but even if they logged in before scanning it gave an error. =
Since the folder is buried inside a teacher folder, the students never =
see the folder. Those that scan things that are secure just drag them =
out of the scanner folder immediately after scanning and delete from the =
scanner folder. It works well for us.

Good Morning All,
I am looking for recommendations of a scanner/copier/printer that will =

documents to PDF format and store them in a secure folder on a =

using a Mac computer on a Mac server network.
My school is leasing Ricoh copier/scanners and the sales man told our
support staff and administration that this could be done, but two =
"experts"
from the company have visited, but can't seem to make it happen.
Any solutions or vendor recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
