We're setting up a few instanced of digital signage. One of the
installations we'd like to have running a combination of static and dynamic
data, similar to how the displays behind the Apple Genius bar combines brief
presentations, tips and the like combined with live data of upcoming
appointments and where you are in the queue.
In our case, it would be a combination of static information such as photos,
videos, and the like with time-of-day information such as where a particular
class is meeting.
I've thought of combining a RSS feed into Keynote, PP, SlideRocket or some
other type of presentation tool but have come up short. I have a call into
our Apple store to see if they'd share their secret.
Meanwhile, however, perhaps some of you already have figured this out.
Apologies for cross-posting.
