Re: Leveraging Professional Development

We don't have a policy, but our typical practice is that the one attending
the conference will use Google Docs to type up their notes and will share
the Google Doc with the rest of the department. This is nice because those
of us not attending can ask questions right on the doc... And, we have an
archive of the notes. And it's just a few edits away from supporting
documentation for the professional development folder. Basically, it's a
minor adjustment in work flow with a big payoff.
