Heavy Duty = Large Workgroup Class:
Toshiba e-Studio 720 (monthly volume specs = ~540k/month, 75ppm)
Light Duty = Medium Workgroup Class:
Toshiba e-Studio 342 (monthly volume specs = ~125k/month, 35ppm)
If you get a model that is not sufficient, you will find that it will break
down many times over the lifetime of the contract. It is better to go
slightly above what you need for better reliability. Though, you will have
to figure out how many prints you make per year.
As for a small workgroup class, it's cheaper to buy a multifunction printer
(~$500). I found it cheaper to do it this way because because of the
quantity of the printouts.
I like leasing copiers is important because you don't have to worry about
paying for service cost. By the time you are done leasing a copier, it's
already been heavily used and it's causing a lot of headaches. Not only
that, my tech dept. does not have to worry about fixing it when it goes
broke. :)
