list the students with their land lines and cell numbers. In the
parent section we list the parents, their preferred e-mail addresses,
their home addresses, and their land lines. We print parents' cell
numbers if the house has no land line. There is cross referencing
included in the parent section -- "Smith, see also Williams". In the
back of the book we list faculty and office staff, showing campus
extensions as well as home addresses and phone numbers (unless we are
requested not to). Each student receives one copy of the book for
free, and supposedly they are charged if they get a second copy.
