Are any of you providing online statements and payment options to your =
school parents? USM is currently piloting the NetClassroom in Blackbaud =
to provide online statements to a small group of parents and is =
reviewing Diamond Mind as an option for parents to pay school bills with =
a credit card or checking account transaction. I would like to hear =
about the feedback you've received from parents regarding online =
statements and use of the online credit card/checking account payment =
options. I'd also like to know the approximate percentage of parents =
that use the online credit card/checking account payment options at your =
school. Finally, I'm curious where you provide a link to the Diamond =
Mind credit card portal. Is it in an existing school portal, on the =
school's external website, or do you provide a link in the Netclassroom =
where the statement is?
