Drivers on Macs running 10.5.4. Using "About this Mac", the device
(Sympodium or 680i) is seen by the computer but according to the
SMART software they are not connected. I have tried uninstalling/
installing the software with no luck. I see nothing on their website
and after 30 minutes on hold with technical support you are prompted
to leave a message. Should I be thinking version 9.7 ?
