Re: email retention policy

Sister Elizabeth,

I believe you are correct. Not that they are the experts, but in a recent FirstClass seminar, they suggested that we have an archive policy that was agreed upon by our administration and board and printed in our faculty/staff handbook. It's important
to have a policy because of what you describe below.

The other thing to keep in mind is that archiving is different from backup. These need to be two separate policies.
