I know that this has been discussed previously with student owned
laptops but I am wondering about district computers.
The district provides us with kitchen, Title 1, and health services.
We provide and support the computer for the health paraprofessional,
as the district health department does not provide any of the nurses
with a computer. The district provides computers for Title 1 which
they support. However, the computer for the kitchen which is owned by
the district does not have a support plan in place. Who should then
support the kitchen computer? I understand I should support it to
make sure it has an internet connection and can use our services
(i.e. the printer), but the hardware/software support I am a bit
hesitant.
Any insight would be wonderful.
